  • Check In/Out

    Check in after 4:00 PM

    Check out before 11:00 AM

  • Who

    Minimum Age to Rent: 21 years old

    Children are welcome but the house is not child-proofed

  • Pets

    Pets allowed: dogs (limit 2 total)

    $75 fee/visit. Must be disclosed upon booking

  • Events

    No events allowed & NO PARTIES.
    Only registered guests allowed.

  • Amenities

    Hot tub rules will be sent, and must be agreed to, prior to accepting bookings.

    You can choose to clean the grill yourself, or pay a $50 fee to have our cleaning crew take care of it for you

    Not permitted on property: campfires, firepits, bonfires, fireworks, hunting.

    The entire house is available for use, except the locked dining room closet and the garage. There is a $100 fine for unauthorized entry into either.

  • Smoking

    Smoking allowed outside only.
    Receptacle provided.

Damage & Incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges; special requests cannot be guaranteed
